- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks - Follow instructions and carry out assigned duties efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Operate hand tools and power tools as directed - Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials - Help with the installation of cabinets, doors, and trim, roofing - Assist with painting - Aid in roof repairs and maintenance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred - Familiarity with construction painting, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, roofing and other relevant skills - Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time - Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment - Basic understanding of construction techniques and materials Please note that this is an entry-level position.
Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
